Design process
- Place the preferred font in the comment section at checkout
- Once your order is placed, we will be in contact for your information within 1-3 business days
- Once your information is provided to us, we will provide you with a design proof via email to approve before production. Please review all spelling and grammar.
- You are able to make two revisions free of charge.
Print Production process
- Digital print: up to 10 business days
- Foil/Letterpress/Specialty Printing: up to 15 business days
- Once printing has been completed, please allow 1-2 business days for us to quality check, pack and send you your stationery.
- Assembly of invitations for Ribbons, Bellybands etc. is up to 3 business days
NOTE: If you require your stationery faster, some items can be produced faster at a ‘rush fee’ cost. Please contact us before placing your order for more details
Delivery/Freight process
- All orders are sent via Australia Post Express. Current delivery timelines can be found on the Australia Post website
- Pick Up is available from Glenella
